Important: store closed again, webshop open

Dear customers,

Like all other non-essential stores in the Netherlands, Ganymedes has to close its doors again to customers until at least 14-01-2022.
All our internal business processes will of course continue as usual. Read on to learn more about this.

Our webshop will remain available!

We are happy to continue to serve you during this period via our webshop, e-mail and/or telephone contact.
Our webshop orders are also handled daily, exactly as you have always come to expect from us. Nothing changes.
Even without our store we think we can guarantee our high level of customer satisfaction. We are happy to serve you!

Picking up your order, i.e. pickup and collect, is still possible!

It is allowed to collect your order from us. We do ask you to make an appointment with us for this by contacting us .
We also ask you to follow the Corona rules in force at that time, such as keeping distance.

We will remain reachable, exactly as you are used to from us!

We will remain reachable during normal opening hours on our fixed telephone number, e-mail is handled by us daily.
Because it’s a very busy month, our response by email may take a little longer, so don’t hesitate to give us a call if you’re in a rush.

Your order may be delayed

It could be that our deliverers will get busier than usual. This is partly due to the holidays and the busy December month, but now with the lockdown we expect that people will of course order even more via the internet.
For that reason, we continue to deliver orders ourselves and keep a close eye on delivery times in order to respond if necessary. Unfortunately, we don’t always have everything in our hands. We ask for your understanding for this.
